As a digital product, SalesBuddy AI is delivered instantly after purchase. Because of this, all sales are considered final. However, we are committed to providing fair and reasonable resolutions where applicable.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We may grant a refund under the following conditions:

  • The plugin is not working as described
  • A critical technical issue prevents normal usage
  • A confirmed compatibility issue with WordPress or WooCommerce that we cannot resolve
  • You were incorrectly charged (duplicate payment, billing error)

Refunds will not cover:

  • Credits already consumed
  • Performance differences due to API provider limitations

9. Abuse & Fraud Protection

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of:

  • Abuse of the refund policy
  • Attempted misuse after downloading the product
  • Repeated purchase/refund behavior
