System Requirements

Please make sure your website meets these basic requirements before installing SalesBuddy AI.

PHP 8.0 or newer. We recommend at least 256MB of memory.

WordPress 6.0 or newer and WooCommerce 7.0 or newer. The WooCommerce API must be turned on so the chatbot can find your products.

An API key from an AI model . We provide a free trial key, but you will need your own for regular use.

Your website needs a secure connection (HTTPS) to safely communicate with the AI.
