Installing SalesBuddy AI follows the standard WordPress plugin flow. The entire process takes under two minutes on a typical managed hosting environment.

Method A — WordPress Admin Upload

   Download the plugin ZIP

   Download the salesbuddy-ai.zip file from your purchase confirmation email or from your account on vertimcoders.com.

   Navigate to Plugins → Add New

   In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin. Click “Choose File,” select the ZIP, then click “Install Now.”

   Activate the plugin

   After installation completes, click “Activate Plugin.” You will be automatically redirected to the Onboarding Wizard on first activation.

   Complete the Onboarding Wizard

   The wizard scans your store, validates your API key, and builds the initial product index to ensure the AI generator and chatbot function correctly.

Method B — FTP / Manual Upload

Unzip the plugin archive and upload the salesbuddy-ai folder to /wp-content/plugins/ via FTP. Then activate it from the WordPress plugins list.
